I am a Chinese-Indonesian Christian that was born and raised in Indonesia. My hometown, Indonesia, is the world's largest island country with more than 17,000 islands. It is also a diverse country with five major religions as well as hundreds of different languages and ethnicity with their own different cultures.
After living in Indonesia for almost all of my 17 years, I decided to continue my education in the United States at Calvin College, Grand Rapids, Michigan. There, I focus my studies on Business Marketing and Information Systems while being active in organizations and extracurricular activities. I just graduated in 2019 and am currently working in Deloitte & Touche, LLP in San Francisco, California as a Risk & Financial Advisory - SAP Treasury Consultant where I am able to apply both my Computer and Business skills to solve Client's Problems. I plan to pursue a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) so I could specialize in Business Strategy and land a job in Management Consulting at top Global Consulting Firms in Indonesia because I want to sharpen my Problem Solving skills and help Indonesian Businesses to grow. My long-term goal is to eventually go back and develop Indonesia while doing Business as Missions (BAM) by creating my own business that reflects a culture which is based on Biblical principles in both corporations and small medium businesses (SMB). My passion is in Human Capital development in areas such as Financial Literacy, Entrepreneurship, Ethics and Moral Character Development. For me, life is about helping the people, community, and society to flourish with the right mindset. |
